TERMS OF SERVICE

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason, no exceptions
I own all rights to the commission except the ones given to the client when entering a commission.
This does not mean the work will be used as TealAubrey merchandise unless the contract is broken
I have all right to end a contract with no refund due to inappropriate language or harassment, poor communication, refusal to speak or communicate in english, or a breach of the terms of service.
I will only do a commission with a visual reference of the clients character. Refusal to provide a visual reference will lead the commission into being declined.
The client may not use the art in merch, redistributed sales, AI, NFTS, or other forms of monetary gain unless the contract allows it and they have paid royalties.
All commissions will have a slightly invasive corner watermark, but ones with the extra fee applied will be posted online with a “COMMISSION, DO NOT USE”
I may post the speedpaint of the drawing if it is of a higher caliber.
Depending on the price, all or half of the price will be paid before I begin lining the commission
I can offer edits to the pose/character before lining, not after.

Failure to read the terms of service and attempting to enter a contract will mean refusal of a refund and the commission ending.

Will Draw: Humans, Fandom art, Shipping, Minorly Suggestive, Minor nudity (undergarnments), Minor gore, minor Violence, Gjinkas, OCs, IRL People

Maybe: Furries, Mecha, Pokemon, Animals

Won't Draw: Politically Motivated, NSFW/Erotic, Extreme nudity, Extreme gore or violence, Harry Potter (just dont like it)

PAYMENTS WILL BE IN AMAZON GIFTCARD. I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ATTACHED TO MY KOFI!!!!!!!!

For smaller pieces, such as lineart only, all payment is upfront. This is to ensure you don’t back out. If you are hesitant, I can send a partial sketch prior to payment if needed. The sketch will not be full and may be cropped or have parts purposefully left out to prevent you from tracing over the sketch.

For larger pieces, such as specialty ones, half of payment is upfront. The other half is split in half itself, one half coming before shading, one after. This is to prevent stealing (again) and also so if im unable to complete shading or backgrounds, you do not have to pay full price.

Full refunds are only handed out if im unable to get past the sketch, otherwise you may only get a semi-refund or no refund.

These rules are specific and in place due to ADHD and school, i sometimes get too burnt out to complete my work. I want to provide the best work I can and if unable to complete, want you to be paying me for what I completed, not the proposed price.

POST PAYMENT USE

After payment and you receive your unwatermarked version, there are still some ground rules I would appreciate as the artist

Do not use my work for AI, NFTS, Crypto, or any monetary purpose
The only exception is use in merch and I will chat about royalties if that comes up
Reposting is allowed, just please credit me with my tag (TealAubrey) DO NOT USE MY IRL NAME IF YOU KNOW IT
Do not use my work for propaganda or violent purposes
My work, if using copyrighted characters, falls under free use copyright. Despite this, I dont like tracing or edits of my work without express permission.
